Day-Of Coordination

Our Day-Of Coordination is perfect for the couple who just needs an assist on their big day. You have all of the details finalized, from the menu to the song list, and are just looking for a team to handle things while you enjoy the day (as you should!).

Includes:

• 4 hours of one-on-one, in-person consultation time

• 1 venue site visit for your final walk-through

• Reliable communication via calls, texts, or emails throughout the entire process

• Assistance with final day-of timeline in collaboration with day-of vendors

• Assistance with final day-of layout(s) in collaboration with day-of vendors

• Minimal access to online client portal for planning & collaboration

• Ceremony rehearsal coordination & attendance

• Direct interaction with all day-of vendors on your behalf to execute your vision

• Onsite day-of team, up to 4 people depending on guest count & needs

• Set up & tear down of floral & decor

• Emceeing/announcements, if needed

Partial Planning

Our Partial Planning option is designed for couples who have the early stages of the planning process complete, but would appreciate some assistance with the details as their big day approaches. Allow us to step in four months prior to your wedding day and take that weight off your shoulders!

Includes:

• 8 hours of one-on-one, in person consultation time

• 1 venue site visit for your final walk-through

• 6 hours of vendor meeting time

• Reliable communication via calls, texts, or emails throughout the entire process

• Customized planning timeline & checklist

• Limited access to online client portal for planning & collaboration

• Planning, coordination & execution of any checklist items that are outstanding during the final months prior to your wedding day

  • i.e. final day-of timeline, seating chart, venue BEOs, catering counts, vendor arrival/service/departure times, photo/video blocking, layouts, etc.

• Direct interaction with all vendors on your behalf to execute your vision

• Day-of coordination

Please Note: This package is not a last minute full service package. In order to book this package we require that you have the following major vendors booked, if applicable: date/venue(s), photographer/videographer, caterer, florist, hair/MUA, and entertainment.

Full Service Planning

Our Full Service Planning option is the best way to make sure you get all the help you need (or want) during your entire wedding planning process. We will walk you through from start to finish, handling everything from design & styling to vendor selection & logistics.

• 16 hours of one-on-one, in-person consultation time

• 2 venue site visits for your initial & final walk-throughs

• 1 design meeting for coordination of all design & styling elements with creation of a custom design board

• 10 hours of vendor meeting time

• Reliable communication via calls, texts, or emails throughout the entire process

• Comprehensive, customized planning timeline & checklist

• Exclusive, unlimited access to online client portal for planning & collaboration

• Creation & management of your wedding budget

• List of recommended vendors who will best execute your vision

Maid of Honor Package

Our Maid of Honor Package makes asking your best friend, sister or coworker to be part of your big day a total breeze. This package makes a fabulous gift. Plus, she’ll have everything she needs to confidently take on this important role.

Includes:

• 3 hours of one-on-one, in person consultation time with your Maid of Honor

• Reliable communication via calls, texts or emails throughout the entire process

• Planning, coordination & execution of your Bridal Shower

• Any & all help for your Maid of Honor in navigating her duties during the wedding planning process and on the big day

No maid of honor? No problem. We love working with bridesmaids & families too!
